I love the granola side of Auburn. Almost as a collective campus, we embrace outside and this wonderful pre-spring weather. I'm looking forward to a spring full of laying outside in the afternoons and hiking around Chewackla State Park right down the road.
One of my favorite crunchy trends at Auburn is the Eno hammocks everywhere. On a sunny day, there are very few spots on campus where you can do a 360 and not see at least one hammock up in some trees. Today, Erin and I sat in the lower Quad and watched some of our friends hang up their hammocks high up in a tree outside Lupton and just did some homework in their hammocks for a little while. It looked so wonderful and I want a hammock now...Erin gets hers in the mail next week.
