June 1: Gourmet Night


When summer nights get duller than dull in Augusta, we get creative with our activities.  Tonight, Peter and I took on a cooking experience and prepared Chicken Cordon Bleu, mashed potatoes, and snap peas. Quite delicious and easier than we expected, even though when we added up all the ingredients, it ended up costing a little more than just going out to dinner.  Still, I am impressed with our skills and enjoying to bragging on us and our cooking adventures!
