Tonight, I got to watch my little sister Julia cheer for the first time! She did so great at the game, and it took me back to cheering on that basketball court for all those years. If we weren't 6 years apart, we would practically be twins, and since she started cheerleading this fall, I've had so many people tell me that she reminds them of me as a little 6th grade cheerleader. I'm so looking forward to watching her grow up through middle school and high school, sometimes "following in my footsteps" and lots of other times growing up into her own amazing person!
